Rent Procedures
Rent can be paid at the rental office located at 1 High Point Oaks Lane. For your convenience there are two drop-boxes located at the rental office. Rent is due the first day of each month with a five-day grace period. An additional late fee of $30.00 will be charged if rent payments are not received on or before the fifth day of the month.
